Excellent food and wine. We operate our restaurants so that we may provide our guests with seamless service and the freshest local ingredients and flavors. Our Executive Chefs are very active in their communities and have developed close ties with local farmers, ranchers, cheese purveyors and fishmongers, and their bounty serves as the inspiration for our seasonal menus.
Attentive spa treatments. Our talented Spa Directors create treatment menus that highlight the essence of their local setting. From the Warm Clam Shell Massage in Bodega Bay to the signature private bath ritual at the Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa, each spa has its own unique feel. For three years in a row, our Vista Blue Spa has been named as one of the top 75 spas in the U.S. by readers of Condé Nast Traveler magazine.
